I decided to take Meg up on her invitation to talk about her plan for addressing California's challenges. This discussion is based on Meg's blueprint for California, "Meg 2010 Building a New California, Meg Whitman's Policy Agenda". Whether or not these policies will work is open for debate, even if Meg, the candidate, is not.
